Work Terms

Engagement & Scope
Every project starts with a scoping call to align on requirements, timeline, and deliverables before any work begins. I don't start development on vague briefs — a defined scope protects both sides and keeps projects on track.
Communication
Primary communication runs through Guru's workspace. For active projects I'm available on WhatsApp or Slack for faster back-and-forth. I respond within a few hours during business hours (PKT, GMT+5) and provide weekly progress updates on longer engagements.
Availability
Currently available for new projects. I take on a limited number of clients at a time to maintain quality and responsiveness. Full-time dedication is available for the right engagement.
Payment Terms
I work on a milestone-based structure — scope is broken into clear deliverables, each tied to a payment. This keeps things transparent and low-risk for both sides. No large upfront payments; no open-ended billing. SafePay on Guru is preferred.
Revisions
Each milestone includes a reasonable revision round within the agreed scope. Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately before work begins — no surprise additions.
Turnaround
Timelines are agreed upfront and committed to. MVP projects typically run 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity. I flag delays early, never at the deadline.
Handoff
Every project is delivered with clean code, documentation, and a handoff session. You own everything — full source code, credentials, and deployment access from day one.
