I have proven experience as an administrative assistant in a diverse environment. I perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
With my experience, here are some of my responsibilities: Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research. Greet and assist visitors. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
I have knowledge of office management systems and procedures. I have the ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support. I am very much resourceful, a good problem solver and organized.
Work Terms
I can work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Depending on the type of work, on the average my rate per hour is $5-6 but we can negotiate terms and rates.
