Work Terms
My goal is to create a seamless and transparent working relationship. Here are my standard work terms:
**Availability:**
My core working hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT (Toronto time). I am dedicated to responding to all messages within one business day.
**Project Workflow:**
Projects typically begin with a 50% deposit. For larger projects, we can establish a milestone-based payment plan. I include two rounds of reasonable revisions in my proposals to ensure the final design meets your vision.
**Payment Terms:**
Invoices for the initial deposit are due upon receipt to schedule the work. Final payment is due upon project completion, prior to the transfer of final assets.
