I work as a Product Specialist (4.5 years). My basic job is communication with clients, customer support, customer software change analysis, end user training, and user guide’s writing. In addition, I am also doing manual testing, reporting errors, writing test cases, reporting test results, communicating with developers and end users. I used SysAid, Redmine and Bugzilla to report and track errors. I used Selenium from automated testing software. I use regular SQL to get to the cause of the problem that is not visible in the application. For the same purpose I use XML. I always work on several projects in parallel. I am currently working with clients and customer support on the following projects:
• Porting of numbers between all operators. It is Number portability software. Here I am doing all the above, concluding with the monitoring of the contract and project management.
• I work on Nettest software.
• I work on banking software for Clearing Checks and Direct Debit.
• Running 4 projects at the Airport for the recording of passengers and luggage, transfer of telex messages between airline companies, checking of passengers and luggage.
In addition, I keep invoices of invoices and inputs and exits for all projects on which I work, communicate with finance, participate in determining how invoices will be posted, communicate with subcontractors and clients in relation to invoices. I control all incoming and outgoing invoices for all the projects listed above.

I worked here as Customer Support Officer (2 years). My basic job was to communicate with clients, to provide support to the clients, help them in using of microfinance software and to write user instructions.

I also worked in company Business Compass in Belgrade (as ERP consultant) and in ProCredit Bank ni Belgrade (as Software tester and as Credit Administration Assistant).

Work Terms

I could be available for full time and for part time jobs. Also I could work on short term and long term projects. Preferred price for an hour is 10 dollars.
