Audiovisual translator | Subtitling & localization
I’m a freelance audiovisual translator specialized in subtitling and audiovisual content localization. I work with English, Spanish, and Catalan, helping studios, developers, and content creators adapt films, series, documentaries, and interactive media naturally for their target audiences.
My work focuses mainly on audiovisual translation, particularly subtitling and accessibility-oriented content such as SDH. I regularly work with timing, readability, and audiovisual conventions, and I’m comfortable handling scripts and multimedia materials related to film, television, and digital media.
I also have experience in video game localization, including in-game text, UI elements, and narrative content. I pay close attention to consistency, terminology, and player experience, and I’m familiar with common localization workflows.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Translation and Interpreting and an Official Master’s Degree in Audiovisual Translation. Since 2021, I have been working as a freelance translator on a variety of audiovisual and localization projects.
I focus on delivering clear, natural translations that respect the original intent while fitting professional audiovisual standards. I work best with well-defined briefs, clear communication, and realistic deadlines.
