Work Terms
Availability: I'm available for new projects and typically respond to messages within a few hours. I keep clients updated regularly throughout the project so you always know where things stand.
Payments: I work through Guru SafePay for the security of both sides. For most projects I set clear milestones, with payment released as each stage is completed and approved. For smaller jobs, a simple start-and-completion split works well. Terms are always agreed in writing before I begin.
Pricing: Hourly and fixed-price projects are both welcome. After we discuss your requirements, I'll give you a clear quote and timeline before any work starts — no surprises.
Revisions: Revisions are included until you're satisfied with the delivered work, within the agreed scope of the project. New features or major changes beyond the original scope can be added as a separate milestone.
Turnaround: Timelines depend on the size of the project — a landing page is usually a few days, while a full website or store takes longer. I'll always give you a realistic delivery date up front and keep to it.
Support: I provide post-delivery support and bug fixes after handover, so you're never left on your own once the site is live.
Communication: All project details, scope, and deadlines are agreed clearly before work begins. I believe good communication is what makes a project succeed, so I keep it open and honest from start to finish.
