IT Expert with a passion for technical support and customer service
I've worked in customer service for around 8 years. I've been an IT wizard since I could walk...my intuition tends to pay off when trying to figure out strange issues.
I recently left a job with a global finance company where I was a senior support agent for 2 years. I'm now focusing on freelancing as my work is appreciated a lot more and I can flex all of my technical skills.
Prefer communication via Skype from clients, as I am able to pick up messages almost all day this way. I can work alone or as part of a team.
