Work Terms
I am committed to providing a professional and smooth working experience for my clients. Here are my standard work terms:
Payment Method: I prefer working through Guru’s SafePay system to ensure security for both parties. For fixed-price projects, I usually request a milestone to be created before starting the work.
Communication: I am available for communication via Guru messages. I provide regular updates on the project's progress to ensure we are on the same page.
Revisions: I offer Unlimited Revisions for design projects because my goal is your 100% satisfaction. For marketing or data tasks, I provide revisions until the requirements are met.
Delivery Time: I respect deadlines and always aim to deliver the final files/reports on or before the agreed-upon date.
Working Hours: I am generally available for 30–40 hours per week, depending on the project's complexity.
Final Files: For design projects, I provide all necessary high-resolution formats, including AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, and JPEG.
