I have been working for 15 years now; 11 years as Administrative Secretary; 3 years in a BPO/Call center industry and a year as a Virtual Assistant.
I've been a customer service representative to 2 different US based call centers here in the Philippines. I worked as Customer Service Representative for ATT and Comcast for of total 3 years. I enjoy speaking with people and finding solutions to meet their needs. I work well independently and require very little direct supervision to successfully complete my job. Moreover, I am an energetic worker who is able to give as much effort and dedication to my job.
