I’m Michell Abulag , Founder and Lead Strategist of Anchor VA by Mitch—a purpose-driven virtual assistant brand rooted in trust, clarity, and community impact.

My journey began in Pilar, Zambales, where I learned that real change starts with service. As a DICT SPARK scholar under LGU Masinloc, I trained as a General Virtual Assistant, mastering admin support, digital tools, and client communication. But my mission was never just about tech—it was about helping real people move forward.

Before launching Anchor VA, I led grassroots campaigns like #MissionTaposible and #KONTRADENGUE, blending strategy with heart. I discovered the power of emotionally resonant content—gratitude posts, visual proof, and authentic storytelling that inspired action. I use Canva and teleprompter apps to streamline video editing, making sure every campaign feels polished and personal.

Work Terms

At Anchor VA by Mitch, I believe that great work begins with clear expectations and respectful collaboration. Here’s how I operate. I work remotely from the Philippines and am available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PHT). I also accommodate flexible hours for international clients and urgent campaign needs.
I value prompt, thoughtful communication. I respond to messages within 24 hours and use tools like email, Zoom, Google Meet, and Messenger for updates, onboarding, and feedback. Every message is crafted with care—clear, kind, and aligned with your goals.
I prefer milestone-based payments through Guru’s SafePay system to ensure transparency and mutual trust. For ongoing projects, weekly or biweekly billing cycles can be arranged. I provide detailed reports and visual proof of progress to keep everything aligned.
I use Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, and Notion to manage tasks, share files, and streamline workflows. You’ll receive organized updates, edited content, and campaign-ready materials—always delivered with precision and heart.
