I spent 25 years in corporate marketing where I was a marketing VP with brands like Arby’s, Pearle Vision, Jack In The Box and others. Over the past four decades, I've learned a few things about developing a successful competitive strategy and building brands. Since 2003, I have consulted with over 100 clients who have retained me to help them compete more successfully in the marketplace. As a Connect Springboard mentor, I have worked with over 50 young companies. I work with clients in the US, Europe, the Middle East & Australia in categories that include Technology, Consumer Electronics, Hardware, Wireless, Software, Military, Pet Products, Restaurants, Sporting Goods, Fitness, Business Services, Transportation and media.
I also take on short terms projects in which I provide a diverse set of services from performing a brand audit, to participating in a new business effort, to defining new business opportunities, mentoring, interim management, integrating online and offline marketing, PR, business plans and/or developing best practices. A large part of my projects end up being writing assignments as many copy writers are not strong on positioning and strategy. I have been a full time consultant since 2003 and I offer clients a broad cross section of services.
