I didn’t start out as a Virtual Assistant; I started out as the person colleagues turned to when things got overwhelming and deadlines were closing in. During my time as an Administrative Assistant at Biswal Limited, I learned how to wear many hats at once: coordinating meetings for senior staff, organizing internal files, updating inventory records in Excel, and ensuring reports landed on the right desks at the right time. It wasn’t long before I realized my real strength: turning chaos into order and freeing others to focus on what matters most.
Now, as a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant, I help busy professionals, entrepreneurs, and teams stay organized and ahead of schedule. I manage inboxes so no important messages slip through the cracks, keep calendars running effectively, and plan both local and international travel with seamless itineraries. From arranging hotel bookings for a business trip to coordinating back-to-back meetings across time zones, I make sure every moving part fits together perfectly.

Work Terms
Hours of Operation
I am available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (WAT), and can be flexible with hours to accommodate urgent tasks or overlapping time zones for international clients. Weekend availability can be arranged for time-sensitive projects with prior notice.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed through Guru’s SafePay system for security and transparency. For hourly projects, time is tracked and billed accurately based on agreed rates. For fixed-price projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and approval. Large or long-term projects can be broken into milestone payments.
Preferred Communication Style
Clear and consistent communication is key to successful collaboration. I am available via Guru Messages, Zoom or Google Meet for scheduled calls. I provide regular updates on progress, and clients are welcome to request check-ins at any stage of the project. I respond to all messages within 24 hours during business days.
Collaboration & Workflow
I work best with clients who provide clear objectives and expectations upfront. At the start of each project, I confirm the scope, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure we are aligned. I use tools such as Trello, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office to organize tasks, track progress, and share documents securely.
