Movenetics Digital was founded in 2019 to bridge the gap between AI research and production systems that businesses can actually use. We started with a simple observation: many companies were experimenting with AI and IoT, but very few had partners who could turn that experimentation into systems that actually ran in production, day after day, without breaking.

We are Movenetics Digital Private Limited, headquartered in Pune, India, with a second base of operations in Dubai, UAE. Over the years, we've grown into a team of engineers, designers, and AI specialists who work as an extension of our clients' teams rather than an outsourced vendor. Today we serve businesses across India, the Middle East, the UK, and the US, primarily in manufacturing, logistics, fintech, and SaaS, with select engagements in healthcare and retail.

Our work spans the full technology stack - custom AI agents and automation, Generative AI development, IoT platforms powered by Edge AI and Computer Vision, Microsoft Copilot integrations, full-stack web and mobile applications, data engineering and MLOps, and cloud and DevOps infrastructure. Alongside client work, we've also built our own products in-house: MoveChat.Ai, our AI chatbot platform, and MoveGlam.Ai, our AI image generator.

Four principles have guided us since day one. First, Innovation in Practice - every Friday, our team evaluates new models, frameworks, and tools, and the best of what we learn ships into client work the following month. Second, Engineering Standards - we treat code review, automated testing, and observability as non-negotiable parts of every delivery. Third, Collaboration - we work through weekly demos, shared communication channels, and joint sprint planning so clients always know what we're building and why. Fourth, Outcome Ownership - we measure ourselves by the business outcomes our systems produce, not the hours we bill.

Most of our engagements begin with a 30-day discovery and prototype phase, followed by a 60 to 90 day build and deployment phase, delivered in two-week sprints with weekly demos. We are AWS Partners, Microsoft Copilot Certified, and follow ISO-aligned architecture standards across our delivery process.

What hasn't changed since 2019 is our underlying belief: technology should be a growth driver for businesses, not a barrier. That belief continues to shape every project we take on.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
We operate Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST, with overlapping working hours arranged for clients across US, UK, EU, and Middle East time zones. Our team is available for weekly demo calls and async communication outside these hours.

Payment Terms:
- Fixed-scope projects: 30% upfront, 40% at midpoint milestone, 30% on final delivery
- Hourly/retainer engagements: Billed monthly, payment due within 7 days of invoice
- Minimum engagement: 30 days
- We accept payments via bank transfer and platform escrow
- NDAs signed on first contact if required

Communication Style:
- Weekly progress demos and status updates
- Dedicated messaging channel for real-time queries
- Project tracked via Jira/Trello with full visibility for the client
- Average response time: under 4 hours during business days
- Two-week sprint cycles with clear deliverables at each stage
