Work Terms
Hours of Operation: 8 hr/day
Days in operation: 5 days
Payment term: Depend on the aggrement, basis on pay per project by delivery phase.

"This agreement ("Agreement") is between MR.Ashi ("Freelancer") and [Client's Name] ("Client") for the provision of freelance services, including web design, development, writing, and translation. The Freelancer will provide the Client with the services described in Exhibit A attached to this agreement.
Hourly: The Freelancer will be paid $[hourly rate] for each hour worked on the project, with a minimum of [minimum hours] hours per week. Payment will be made weekly, on [day of the week].
Project-based: The Freelancer will be paid a fixed price of $[total amount] for the completion of the project described in Exhibit A, with a delivery date of [delivery date].
Retainer: The Freelancer will be paid $[total amount] for [number of hours/amount of work] per [week/month], with services to be provided on a regular basis as outlined in Exhibit A.
Payment will be made via [method of payment], and any disputes will be handled through [dispute resolution process]. This agreement is governed by the laws of [state/province].
Both parties agree to the terms of this Agreement and the attached Exhibit A, and both parties have signed this Agreement on the date of acceptance."
