1. Communication
Clear communication is important, but my main focus is productive development time. I respond to messages within two business days and keep clients updated on project progress. For detailed discussions, we can schedule calls as needed.
2. Project Scope & Revisions
The initial quote is based on the requirements provided at the beginning of the project. I am happy to accommodate small changes and reasonable revisions that align with the original goals. Any major feature additions or changes outside the original scope will be discussed separately and may require a new milestone.
3. Payment & Milestones
For transparency and security, I prefer using Guru's SafePay system. Larger projects are divided into smaller milestones, allowing steady progress and clear deliverables. Work on each milestone begins after it has been funded.
4. Ownership & Portfolio Rights
After final payment, the client owns the delivered source code and project-specific intellectual property. I may showcase a general overview of completed work in my professional portfolio unless the project contains confidential information.
