Work Terms

1. Communication
Clear communication is key, but so is focused development time. I am committed to your project's success and will respond to all non-urgent messages on Guru within one to two days. For more in-depth discussions, we can schedule calls as needed. This approach allows me to dedicate the majority of my time to writing quality code for you.

2. Project Scope & Revisions
The initial quote is based on the work as described in our agreement. I understand that ideas can evolve, and I am happy to accommodate small changes and reasonable revisions that align with the original project goals. Significant new features or changes that fall outside the initial scope will require a discussion and will be quoted and billed as a new milestone.

3. Payment & Milestones
For your security and mine, I use Guru's SafePay system. I prefer to break down larger projects into smaller, logical, and often weekly milestones. Work on any given milestone will begin only after it has been fully funded in SafePay. This ensures a steady, transparent workflow and keeps the project moving forward without interruption.

4. Ownership & Portfolio Rights
Upon final payment for the project, you, the client, will own 100% of the intellectual property and rights to all source code and deliverables created specifically for you. I retain the right to display a general overview of the project (e.g., screenshots, a brief description, and a link to the live app if public) in my professional portfolio. I will not share any proprietary business logic or sensitive data.
