A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure services, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise stated. Any revisions or additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges. The client is responsible for providing accurate information, access to necessary accounts, and timely feedback to avoid project delays. All delivered materials remain my intellectual property until full payment is received. I am not liable for third-party platform issues, algorithm changes, or outcomes outside my control. By proceeding with the project, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms.
