About

I work with passion and compassion. I do not take advantage of other people's good heart. Do not forget to be a blessing to other people. Every blessing ignored becomes a curse.

I've been in a Customer Service line since I started college, the year 2007, for, in our field, we used to communicate with our patients with different kinds of concerns.

I am a very Obsessive-Compulsive when it comes to details, that leads me to identify the origin of their concerns. This is one thing I love doing, analyzing things and practicing my critical thinking skills.

I worked also in a company as a Nurse, wherein
I did administrative works like reports, daily, monthly and yearly to update our system and to monitor our employees (thru MS Office); communicating via phone or email on their PFT or check-up schedules on certain hospitals; updating their Government records too like SSS and Philhealth or other Healthcard services; I made leaflets and bulletin boards as well.

I also handled POS when I was working in a Pharmacy. My boss once told me that I was their company's blessing because the sales increased during my term. It was also because I was always writing them reports and suggestion on what to improve for the betterment of our services.

I worked as a friend's outsourced (project-based) handling administrative tasks too for over a year. Apps and Tools include MS Office and Google Drive and Sheets, Adobe Reader and Trello.

I am currently working as a Social Media Manager since October 2017 handling different Social Media pages. Apps and Tools I am using include Canva, Lumen5, Enlight Photofox, Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox, Google Drive, and sometimes Wordpress. My time here is 6 hours per week.

Personal skills beyond my field include Video Editing and doing Presentations in a Powerpoint.
I learned about MailChimp too.

I always wanted to become a blessing to everyone I can. Doing good and just is my kind. I always put my heart into my work, I am passionate and self-motivated.

Work Terms

I am willing to work 20 hours per week.
Hopefully with flexible working time.
If flexible time isn't possible, I can work for 2 hours during the midnight.
