Work Terms
Minimum Project Value: $1,000 USD. We work on engagements where the scope and budget reflect a serious commitment to results.
Payment Structure:
Escrow must be funded at the time of project award. No advance payment is required outside of Guru's SafePay escrow system. All milestones are mutually agreed upon before work begins and funds are released upon delivery and client satisfaction.
Project Types:
We accept fixed-price milestone projects, consulting retainers, and ongoing automation operations engagements. All scope, timelines, and deliverables are documented and agreed upon before the project starts.
Delivery:
Project timelines are determined by scope and complexity. We provide a clear project plan with milestones at the start of every engagement. We keep all communication transparent and proactive throughout.
Response Time:
We respond within 6 hours during business hours across time zones. For active projects, updates are provided at each milestone checkpoint.
