Work Terms

NetEdge prefers to work on Fixed Cost Fixed Delivery Schedule for Projects, but we do undertake projects on per hour cost basis as well.

The payments for the assignment are linked to the Milestones as agreed at the time of signing of the Agreement.

Our General Terms are:
For projects over $ 5,000:-
- 20% as advance along with selection
- 20% at the Achievement of the First Milestone
- 50% spread over different milestones till the delivery of Beta Version
- 10% (remaining) on total completion and handover.

For projects upto $5,000:-
- 50% as advance along with selection
- 50% at the time of completion and handover.

As mentioned earlier, we also undertake work on Time and Material basis (Cost Per Hour Basis). For these projects, we raise invoices on bi-weekly basis payable within 7 days.

All Payment is to be routed through Guru Portal. We do not entertain any direct transaction with the client.
