Work Terms
Payment & Milestones
SafePay Requirement: I work exclusively through Guru’s SafePay system to ensure security for both parties.
Deposit: For fixed-price projects, a minimum 25-50% deposit is required before work begins.
Milestones: Large projects will be broken down into clear milestones (e.g., Strategy, Initial Concepts, Final Delivery) with payments released upon completion of each stage.
🎨 Revisions & Feedback
Design Projects: I include 2 to 3 rounds of revisions per project to ensure the final product meets your vision.
Marketing Services: Strategy adjustments are made monthly based on performance data and analytics.
Scope Creep: Any requests outside the original project scope will be quoted separately as an add-on.
📞 Communication & Availability
Response Time: I typically respond to messages within 2–4 hours during business hours.
Updates: You will receive regular progress reports (weekly for marketing, per milestone for design).
Tools: I am available for communication via Guru Workrooms, and can join scheduled Zoom/Google Meet calls for project kick-offs.
📂 Ownership & Delivery
Rights: Upon full payment, the client owns 100% of the final deliverables and copyrights.
Files: Design files are delivered in high-resolution formats (PNG, JPG, PDF) and source files (AI, PSD, or Figma) as requested.
Confidentiality: I respect NDAs and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business data and marketing strategies.
