Hi, I’m Okeoghene. My journey into the virtual assistant world began with a love for people and problem-solving.
I started my career in Customer Support at Trending Fashion House, where I discovered how much I enjoyed helping clients feel heard and supported. I managed messages, responded to inquiries, and made sure customers always had a smooth experience. It was in that fast-paced environment that I developed patience, active listening, and the confidence to represent a brand professionally.
Later, I transitioned into a Data Entry Clerk role at Marian Superstores. There, I mastered the behind-the-scenes work keeping records accurate, updating files, and entering data with speed and precision. It taught me the importance of detail and consistency.
With those strong foundations, I grew into an Administrative Assistant position at Edmoal Nigeria Ltd, where I now manage calendars, organize meetings, handle documentation, and ensure the office runs smoothly. I’ve become someone people can rely on a quiet engine working in the background to make sure everything moves forward without stress.
Over the years, I’ve supported executives, small business owners, and remote teams with administrative tasks, appointment setting, CRM management, and communication. I believe in delivering every task with honesty, care, and timeliness values I hold dear both at work and in life.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me cooking delicious home meals (especially jollof rice!), watching motivational content, singing along to my favorite songs, or enjoying a peaceful evening walk to relax my mind.

Work Terms
Availability
I am available Monday to Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate different time zones. I can offer both part-time and full-time support depending on your needs. Communication is welcome via Guru messages or WhatsApp.
Communication
Clear and prompt communication is important to me. I respond to messages within 12–24 hours and provide regular updates on ongoing tasks. Zoom or Google Meet calls can be arranged for meetings, if needed.
Turnaround Time
I always strive to deliver quality work on or before the agreed deadline. Rush tasks can be handled with prior notice and may attract a small additional fee depending on urgency.
Tools & Platforms
I’m comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Zoom, Calendly, Slack, HubSpot, Zoho, and other virtual assistant tools. I’m also quick to learn any client-preferred tools or systems.
Payment Terms
I prefer milestone-based or weekly payments through Guru’s SafePay system for transparency and security. Long-term projects can be discussed and structured to suit both parties.
Confidentiality
Client information and project details are treated with strict confidentiality. I am happy to sign an NDA upon request.
Revisions
I offer up to two free revisions to ensure satisfaction. Additional revisions can be discussed based on the scope of the task.
