Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (GMT+1, Nigeria time). Messages are typically responded to within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekend responses may take longer but will be addressed promptly.
Payment Terms:
I accept payments via Guru Payment System,or bank transfer.
50% upfront is required for new projects; the remaining 50% upon completion or agreed milestones.
All rates and project scopes will be agreed on before starting work.
Any work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
Preferred Communication Style:
I communicate primarily through Guru messages, email, or WhatsApp, depending on client preference.
I value clear, concise communication and provide regular updates on project progress.
For larger projects, I recommend weekly check-ins or milestone reviews to ensure alignment and quality.
Other Terms:
I maintain strict confidentiality of all client information.
Revisions are included according to the project agreement; additional revisions may incur extra charges.
