I am a graduate of Bachelors in Nursing in the year 2009. After I finished my degree, I immediately started working in a call center under the Priceline travel agency account. I was promoted to a Customer Relations Specialist after four months and I was awarded as one of the best agents. I developed excellent communication skills, empathy, teamwork, and patience while working with the account.
In the year 2013, I was hired by Dubai-Duty Free as a sales representative. I worked in different departments, such as liquor, watches, and perfumes. I acquired international training in customer service and selling skills provided by the company. Following the year 2015, I was hired as a Merchandiser by Brown-Forman, it is one of the largest American spirit companies. Having to gain an exceptional spirit and alcohol training internationally, I later became a training specialist for the brand. I conduct training for generic sales staff on how to sell, promote, and provide accurate information about our brand in Dubai Duty-Free. I can confidently say that I am an expert in the spirit and alcohol industry, particularly for Brown-Forman brand portfolios.
Currently, I hold an academic IELTS certificate and will pursue a diploma in Business-Marketing in Canada this September 2020. I also have a passion for providing service in writing essays for academic purposes.
Work Terms
I am available 40 hours per week, and payment can be done through bank to bank transfer or can be discussed prior to agreement.
