Work Terms

Work Terms
I like working with clear expectations, simple instructions, and timelines we both agree on. Once a task is shared in writing, I handle it efficiently. If anything extra comes up that isn’t part of the original plan, we’ll treat it as new work so everything stays organised. Each task comes with one clean revision.

Hours of Operation
I’m available Monday to Friday. I handle weekend or urgent tasks only when arranged ahead of time. I usually reply within a few hours during work hours.

Payment Terms
For fixed projects, I take 50 percent upfront and the rest when the work is delivered. Hourly work is billed weekly. All payments stay on-platform for both our protection.

Communication Style
I prefer clear, written communication. Short messages, bullet points, and direct instructions help things move faster. Calls are fine too; they just need to be scheduled.

Tools
I adapt quickly to whatever tools you use. Once I understand your workflow, I match your style and keep everything smooth.

Turnaround Time
Most tasks are completed within 24–48 hours. Bigger projects get their own timeline based on scope. Rush tasks are available for an extra fee.

Boundaries
I work best with clear instructions, respectful timelines, and organised communication. No late-night emergencies unless we’ve agreed on it as a rush request.
