Work Terms

WORK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROJECT KICKOFF
Work begins only after project scope, deliverables,
and timeline are agreed in writing inside the
Guru WorkRoom. No work starts before SafePay
milestone is funded.

2. MILESTONE PAYMENTS
All projects are broken into milestones.
Each milestone is funded via SafePay before
work on that milestone begins. Final delivery
is made after the last milestone is funded.

3. REVISIONS
Each milestone includes 1 round of revisions
within the agreed scope. Additional revisions
or new requirements outside original scope
are quoted and billed separately.

4. SCOPE CHANGES
Any new features or changes beyond the original
agreed scope will be treated as a new task and
quoted separately before implementation begins.

5. TIMELINE
Delivery timelines start from the date all
project requirements and assets are received
in full. Delays caused by late client feedback
or missing information will extend the timeline
accordingly.

6. COMMUNICATION
All project communication happens inside the
Guru WorkRoom to keep a clear record for
both parties. Response time is within
4 to 8 hours during business days.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY
All client information, business data, and
project details are kept strictly confidential
and will never be shared with third parties.

8. CODE OWNERSHIP
Full ownership of all delivered code transfers
to the client upon receipt of final payment.
No ownership transfers before final payment
is completed.

9. CANCELLATION
If a project is cancelled mid-way, payment is
due for all work completed up to the
cancellation date based on agreed milestone
rates. Funded milestones are non-refundable
once work on that milestone has started.

10. SUPPORT
Post-delivery support for bugs directly related
to delivered work is provided free of charge
for 7 days after final delivery. Issues arising
from third-party changes, client modifications,
or new requirements after delivery are billed
at the standard hourly rate.
