Work Terms
Terms & Conditions
To ensure smooth collaboration and successful delivery, I follow these professional terms:
Work Scope – The project will be completed according to the agreed requirements. Any extra task or change outside the initial plan may require additional cost or time.
Revisions – I provide up to 2–3 free revisions depending on the project. Extra revisions beyond this limit may have additional charges.
Payment – For fixed projects, at least 50% advance is required to start. The remaining balance must be released after final delivery. For hourly work, payment will follow the agreed hourly rate.
Delivery Time – Deadlines are discussed before starting. If needed files, instructions, or approvals are delayed from the client’s side, the delivery timeline may extend.
Client Responsibility – Clients should provide clear instructions, necessary content (images, text, logos, etc.), and timely feedback to ensure smooth project completion.
Ownership & Rights – After full payment, the final deliverables will belong to the client. I may display completed work in my portfolio unless the client requests otherwise before starting.
Cancellation & Refunds – Advance payments are non-refundable if the client cancels midway. If I cannot complete the project for any reason, a fair refund will be given.
Confidentiality – All project details and client information will remain private and secure.
Project Communication – All updates and discussions will be managed through the marketplace platform to ensure clarity and record-keeping.
Responsibility Limit – I will provide services with full professionalism and effort. However, I am not responsible for indirect issues such as business loss, printing errors (after approval), or third-party technical problems.
