I’m a customer support professional with over five years of experience helping global brands like Booking.com, and Paddy Power Betfair deliver thoughtful, efficient, and human-centered service. I’ve supported customers across chat, phone, and social media—resolving everyday questions, managing executive-level escalations, and helping teams improve their customer support skills.
Alongside my customer support work, I also bring a strong foundation in digital marketing. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute, where I gained valuable insights into content strategy, SEO, social media marketing, and campaign planning. Thanks to this background, I’m also able to support junior-level social media management tasks such as content creation, community engagement, and platform reporting.
