Work Terms

Some common work terms that you should know before starting a project with Redcodeitt are:

Hours of Operation: We understand that our clients may have varying schedules and needs, so we strive to be flexible with our hours of operation. We typically schedule project-related communication during regular business hours, but we are also available outside of those hours as needed to accommodate our clients' schedules.

Payment Terms: We typically require a deposit of 50% upfront to secure a spot in our project queue. The remainder of the project fee is due upon completion and approval of the project deliverables. We accept payment via PayPal, bank transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, Transferwise Payoneer, or anything that is feasible for the you at the time.

Communication Style: We understand that communication is key to the success of any project, so we strive to keep our clients updated throughout the project lifecycle. We typically communicate via email, video conferencing, and project management tools like Trello or Asana. We also schedule regular check-ins and progress updates to ensure that our clients are always in the loop.

Revisions and Change Requests: We understand that clients may need to make changes to the project scope or deliverables, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating in this regard. We typically offer a set number of revisions included in the project fee, with additional revisions available for an additional fee.

Project Timeline: We work closely with our clients to establish a realistic project timeline that takes into account the project scope, complexity, and client needs. We strive to meet or exceed these timelines whenever possible, but we also prioritize quality over speed to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the end result.
