I am an Online Freelancer and a well experienced Call Center agent since 2011. I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a Financial company that is based in USA which I answer and make calls to customers inquiring about their tax refunds and deposits from their employers. I am also responsible for checking their account and releasing funds that has been on held by merchants. After working in that field, I switched to other company working as a Senior Customer Representative and a Project Manager for a medium sized call center, where I hunt for clients and have them hire agents from us. I have a wide experienced in Inbound and Outbound accounts as a Telemarketer, Appointment Setter, Lead Generator, Telesales agent, and for non-voice campaigns such as Email Marketer, Chat Support and Quality Analyst.
