I am a 2 years experienced virtual assistant. I have background as a customer support service in a e-commerce website. My task is to manage customer's email and chat inquiries. I was also trained in order processing by obtaining the customer’s names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased, and enter this information on order forms. I have done inventory checking and preparing reports.
Work Terms
