I have been working in the BPO Industry for more than 11 years, handled several projects in telesales/telemarketing: inbound and outbound, customer service accounts, technical support specifically ISP support, back-end processes like handling fraudulent charges issues, email handling and chat and administrative support, also a quality assurance specialist. Experienced in training newly hired individuals to be productive and expert in their new job.
