Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (NPT). I am also available for urgent project updates on Saturdays if required.

Payment Terms:
I prefer working through Guru’s SafePay system to ensure security for both parties. For fixed-price projects, I typically request milestone-based payments (e.g., 50% upfront and 50% upon completion).

Communication Style:
I prefer communicating via Guru’s message board to keep all project details in one place. I aim to respond to all inquiries within 12–24 hours.

Revisions:

Design Projects: I offer up to 3 rounds of major revisions to ensure the final product meets your vision.

QA Projects: I provide detailed bug reports and am available for a follow-up session to verify fixes.

My goal is to maintain a transparent and professional relationship with every client.
