I have worked as customer Support Engineer on a call center, as virtual assistant cum executive to the CEO of an event firm and also worked as Manager on an educational project (funded by ADB) in my country. Also worked as manager in Uttama super store for 5 months. In my previous call center job as customer support I used to work for Signal Mountain Networks (ISP in Atlanta, GA), U1pinless (Calling card company, Atlanta, GA), Beyondmenu.com, (Online food order, OH), World Cable (Cable service by internet all over USA) and sprint MPLS. I used to provide customer support with resolving their issues on phone, Opening ticket and follow up until the issue gets resolve, monitoring all our services, handling email of all our projects and also responding customer on messenger and email. Even, customer questions assist with checkout stock shelves and take phone calls most of the time. For getting more customers on calling card (U1piness) and world cable projects, I used to do telemarketing at least 1 hour on my each shift. Also I have a very good knowledge on Photoshop indeed & graphic design too.
I have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and am well-spoken and written in English. My customer service skills are second to none and I strive to ensure that customers hangup the phone with a positive experience. I used to work 40 hours in a week with overtime. On my every shift used to do telemarketing at least for one hour. My payment are negotiable for some cases as I love and enjoy my work.
