Organized administrative professional with more than ten years of experience managing offices in different kind of companies (Educational Institutions, Commercial and Financial Companies

First and foremost, I am an administrative professional with more than ten years of experience managing offices in different types of companies, such as Educational Institutions, Private Schools and Commercial and Financial Companies. I have always worked with a proactive approach and strong determination to meet and exceed all assigned goals.

In all my administrative positions I was given the responsibility of managing several administrative and assistance tasks, such as managing relevant correspondence, maintaining the office calendar and scheduling and coordinating all appointments, creating daily reports, writing and answering important emails, etc. Furthermore, I have consistently demonstrated commitment and initiative when dealing with clients, employees and visitors, and genuinely care about assisting them as best as I could.
Due to the high-volume nature of office work I have developed exceptional organization skills and strong attention to detail.

Additionally, given my years of experience as a Teacher of English with adults, teenagers and young children, I consider that I have already acquired the necessary knowledge and skills required to excel in assistance positions, such as being creative thinking, problem solving, strong planning and the ability to communicate with a diverse population and deal with many different tasks at the same time.
