1. Communication & Collaboration
* All project-related communication will be managed through the Guru platform to ensure a clear and documented record.
* I will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during my working days (Monday-Friday).
2. Project Scope & Delivery
* Every project will begin with a mutually agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget.
* Any changes to the initial scope will be discussed and may result in a revised agreement.
* Milestones will be set for all projects to ensure progress is tracked and approved at each stage.
3. Payment
* I work with Guru's SafePay system to guarantee a secure and transparent payment process.
* Payment for fixed-price projects is released upon the completion and approval of each milestone.
* For hourly projects, payments are submitted weekly with a detailed log of hours worked.
