Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am available Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. I typically respond to all messages within 1 to 2 hours during working hours. Urgent requests are always prioritized.
Communication Style: I prefer clear, direct communication. Before starting any project, I ask a few focused questions to make sure I fully understand your business, your audience, and your goals. This saves time and ensures the work I deliver actually fits your needs.
Project Kickoff: Every new project begins with a free social media audit and a brief onboarding questionnaire. This helps me build a strategy that is 100% custom to your brand, not a recycled template.
Payment Terms: I work with Guru.com's SafePay system for full payment security. For larger ongoing projects, I am open to milestone-based payments. I do not begin work until the project terms and payment are confirmed.
Revisions: I include revisions in every project because I want you to be genuinely satisfied with the outcome. I ask that revision requests stay within the agreed project scope.
Delivery: I always deliver on time. If anything unexpected comes up that could affect the timeline, I will communicate it immediately, not after the deadline.
What I expect from clients: Clear briefs, timely feedback, and open communication. The more context you give me about your business and goals, the better the results I can deliver.
