Work Terms
Sheba-X Standard Engagement Terms:
SafePay Requirement: We require a minimum SafePay balance equal to the current milestone + 50% of the following milestone before work begins.
Communication: Weekly status updates are provided every Friday via the Guru WorkRoom. We are available for sync calls between 9 AM - 5 PM (GMT+3).
IP Ownership: Upon final payment, 100% ownership of the custom code and data is transferred to the Client.
Maintenance: Fixed-price projects include 14 days of free "Anti-Bot Support" after delivery. Extended maintenance requires a Recurring Payment agreement.
Invoicing: Invoices are sent upon milestone completion. We request a 7-day grace period for review and release.
