Work Terms
Our work terms are designed to be transparent, professional, and client-friendly:
🕒 HOURS OF OPERATION:
• Available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (IST).
• Flexible to overlap with US/UK/EST/GMT time zones for crucial meetings, interviews, and daily stand-ups.
💬 PREFERRED COMMUNICATION:
• Daily/Weekly updates via Guru Workspace, Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp.
• Zoom/Google Meet for sprint planning, UI/UX reviews, and milestone demonstrations.
• Fluent in English for clear and concise technical discussions.
💳 PAYMENT TERMS & MILESTONES:
• We prefer working on fixed-price projects broken down into clear deliverables (e.g., 20% Initial Setup & UI, 30% Frontend, 30% Backend & Integration, 20% Final QA & Deployment).
• Hourly contracts are welcome for ongoing maintenance, API integrations, and code reviews.
• Guru SafePay/Escrow is highly preferred to ensure trust and security for both parties.
🛠️ POST-DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT:
We provide standard bug-fixing and deployment support for a specific period after the final project handover to ensure your application runs smoothly in the live environment.
