• Communication:
Clear and timely communication throughout the project via Guru messages. Regular updates are provided to ensure transparency and alignment at every stage.

• Project Scope:
All work is delivered strictly as per the agreed project scope. Any additional requirements or changes requested beyond the original scope will be discussed and approved before implementation.

• Payment Terms:
Projects are undertaken on a fixed-price or hourly basis, depending on the scope and complexity. Payments are managed securely through Guru SafePay to protect both parties.

• Milestones:
For larger projects, work is divided into clear milestones with deliverables defined upfront. Each milestone is submitted for review and approval before proceeding to the next stage.

• Revisions:
Reasonable revisions are included as per the agreed scope to ensure satisfaction. Major changes or new features may require additional time and cost.

• Turnaround Time:
Timelines are agreed upon before project commencement. I follow realistic schedules and prioritise quality and stability over rushed delivery.

• Confidentiality:
All client information, data, and project details are handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of completing the project.

• Support & Handover:
Upon project completion, complete handover and login details are provided. Post-delivery support can be arranged if required.
