Work Terms
1. I offer professional design, content, and branding services, including but not limited to: logos, banners, custom graphics, and written content. The scope of work will be clearly defined in the project brief.
2. A timeline will be agreed upon before starting the project.
3. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary slightly depending on project complexity or client feedback. Rush or urgent projects may incur an additional fee.
4. A 50% upfront deposit is required to begin the project.
5. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery before files are shared.
6. Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
7. Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included per project.
8. Additional revisions may be billed at an hourly rate or a fixed fee, as agreed in advance.
9. Clients must provide clear instructions, reference materials, and timely feedback. Delays in providing content or apprOvals may affect the delivery timeline.
10. Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of final deliverables.
11. Projects canceled after work has started are non-refundable for work already completed.
12. Both parties agree to keep project details and shared materials confidential.
13. By proceeding with the project, the client agrees to these terms.
14. Any changes to these terms must be agreed upon in writing.
