I can be described as conscientious, with fervent attention to detail and a sustained conviction about the best in people. I am fulfilled by motivating, entertaining, and encouraging everyone around me whether in a personal or professional capacity. I believe completely and totally in the inherent excellence within all of us and I live my life with the goal of maximizing this excellence within myself and within everyone around me. I tell myself and the people I care about that achievement is not an act but a habit; that is, we are what we repeatedly do and I try to bring this consistent pursuit of learning to every situation and context I find myself in.
