Our team will document the location of bug defects, the means to reproduce it, along with a screenshot or captured video. We will send you a bug defect report directly by email or you may invite us into your own internal defect tracking tool. Analysis
We will gather information and provide valuable feedback regarding User experience and how certain components should function. We look for ways to further improve workflow. This can be for the actual software or at the company level of your SDLC process, helping you to avoid any roadblocks along the way.
We will create easy to follow User Stories so your team can stay focused on development. We will create a repository of truth. We will document how the application works step by step. So that your employees may reference this truth at any time. Which can also serve as a training tool for any new employees at your company.

Support
You want to be able to respond to your end users or clients regarding any concerns. We simplify this by acting as your personal helpdesk. First we will look into the issues to determine if it’s an actual issue or simply user error. We will track all issues, notify the users of a pending solution and work with development to get issues resolved in a timely manner. We will schedule a weekly call with the client and/or user to follow up about any outstanding issues.
