• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
• Project timelines depend on client cooperation, content availability, and feedback response time.
• Revisions will be provided as per the agreed package; extra revisions may incur additional charges.
• The Men of Cave is not responsible for delays caused by late content, approvals, or third-party services.
• All delivered work remains the property of the client after full payment clearance.
• Confidentiality of client data and business information is strictly maintained.
• No refunds once the project or service has been delivered or work is completed.
• Ongoing services (Digital Marketing, SaaS, Virtual Assistant, etc.) are billed monthly unless stated otherwise.
• Communication will be conducted through agreed channels for smooth coordination.
