I am a experienced HR professional who helps businesses untangle people problems, stay compliant, and build solid foundations for growth. Over the past decade, I have worked my way up from HR Coordinator to Head of HR, supporting companies through everything from recruitment drives to acquisitions and complex employee relations. I know how stressful HR can feel for business owners, and my role is to make it simple, practical, and stress-free.
My style is straightforward and people-focused. I don’t just quote legislation or push policies; I help you apply HR in a way that works for your team and protects your business. That could mean writing watertight contracts and policies, handling a sensitive grievance or disciplinary, restructuring a department, or guiding managers through performance challenges. I also design onboarding processes, training frameworks, and employee engagement strategies that boost retention and morale.

Work Terms
I work flexibly Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm (UK time), with urgent support available by agreement.
All projects require full payment to be funded into Guru’s SafePay system before work begins. For larger projects, staged payments can be agreed, but work will only start once the relevant milestone is funded.
Communication is through the Guru platform or video/voice calls where arranged. I prioritise clear, timely updates and a professional, supportive working relationship.
