Work Terms

Availability: I am available for both long-term and short-term remote projects. My working hours are flexible and can be adjusted based on the client’s time zone and requirements.

Communication: I prefer to communicate via Guru's WorkRoom, ensuring all correspondence is documented through the platform. Additional meetings can be scheduled via Zoom, Google Meet, or other tools as needed.

Payment Terms: I accept payments through SafePay only, in accordance with Guru’s policies. I prefer milestone-based payments for fixed-price projects and weekly payments for hourly contracts. All payment terms and deliverables will be agreed upon and documented in the agreement.

Deliverables: All project deliverables and timelines will be clearly defined in the agreement. I commit to delivering high-quality work within the agreed timeframe.

Revisions: I offer reasonable revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Any major changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

Confidentiality: I maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and project-related information. I am willing to sign an NDA if required.

Ownership Rights: Upon full payment, the client will hold complete ownership and rights to all work delivered unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

Dispute Resolution: In case of any disagreements, I am committed to resolving them professionally through Guru’s dispute resolution process.
