About

"Where the REAL office work begins"

I am 34 years old and born in Memphis, Tennessee however, I was raised in Houston, Texas since about the age of 6. Ever since I was a young girl I have always been very independent and a take charge type of person.

At the age of 15 I started my administrative career in the office administration building of my high school. My hunger for knowledge grew as I entered my journalism class and was truly introduced to computers. Here is where I dove into different faucets of technology. This is also where I found that I have the ability to absorb new programs fast and put them to use. I love to learn and not just hold it in my mind but put the knowledge to good use.

Throughout the years I obtained many more skills within the different avenues of my career:
accounting, invoicing, payroll & management from T-Steel; quote sourcing, working with vendors/customers & data building with TSC Offshore; with Texas Children’s I took on the task of assisting numerous Project Managers & Directors simultaneous managing their calendars, meeting rooms, minutes and preparing presentations.

Now in the present, my dedication to my skilled passion has paid off. I am now operating out of Virago Virtual Assisting. Here I can give individuals/small companies the REAL assistance, dedication, & loyalty that is needed in order to have their daily processes run swiftly & smoothly.

VVA is a virtual assisting company that accepts work locally and from all over the world. I conduct many administrative tasks to help your day or company run smoother with more efficiency. The administration service offered but not limited to are:
email/calendar management, data research, data entry, blogging, social media management, invoicing, AR/AP, transcription, travel arrangement and many other task that you might give a live assistant.

Work Terms

HOURS:
I generally work around your hours. My day begins at 6am CST and usually ends 11pm CST. I work weekends if needed as well. I am off on Sundays unless it is an emergency and can't wait until Monday (I know with businesses things arise).

COMMUNICATION:
This can be conducted through E-mail, Skype, Hangout, texting, phone, Asana, WhatsApp or any means works best for your company

PAYMENT:
I accept all major credit cards or direct deposit into my business PayPal account.
PRICE:
This is negotiable depending on the terms of service but can range anywhere from $8.00 to $25.00 an hour for on-going and flat fees for a specific task varies
