Work Terms
1. Project Scope
All projects begin with a clearly defined scope. Any additional features or changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and timeline.
2. Pricing & Payment
A 50% upfront deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final delivery or deployment. For larger projects, milestone-based payments can be arranged.
3. Turnaround Time
Project timelines are agreed upon in advance. Timely feedback from the client is essential to keep the project on schedule.
4. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included to ensure satisfaction. Major changes or multiple redesigns beyond the initial concept may incur additional costs.
5. Communication
Clear and consistent communication is key. Updates will be provided throughout the project, and responses are expected within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays.
6. Ownership & Delivery
Once full payment is received, all final files, code, and assets will be delivered to the client. Ownership is transferred upon full payment.
7. Support & Maintenance
Post-launch support can be provided if agreed upon. Ongoing maintenance or updates may be billed separately or offered as a monthly service.

All client information and project details are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
