Work Terms
We offer flexible and transparent work terms designed to fit the needs of schools, training centers, and organizations:
Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM EST (with global availability for partners in other time zones).
Communication: We provide regular updates via Zoom, or project management platforms (Slack, Trello, Asana). Weekly progress reports are standard for larger projects.
Payment Terms: Flexible payment plans available. Standard terms include milestone-based payments or monthly retainers. For larger engagements, we offer 3-month and 6-month structured plans.
Collaboration Style: We prioritize clear communication, compliance alignment, and fast iteration cycles. Our approach ensures that every deliverable meets accreditation, audit, and learning objectives.
Delivery: Projects are delivered in SCORM, H5P, or LMS-ready formats, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
