Work Terms
I believe in clear expectations and structured delivery from day one. Every project is treated as a professional partnership built on transparency, quality, and accountability.
Payments & Milestones: A 50% upfront deposit is required to initiate all projects. The remaining balance is due upon completion and client approval. Larger contracts are structured with phased milestone payments.
Availability: Available Monday through Saturday, primarily on Jamaica Standard Time (GMT-5). Weekend and urgent support can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
Revisions
Each project includes up to three complimentary revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond this scope are quoted and approved before proceeding.
Quality Assurance: Every deliverable goes through a structured review process before handoff. I take pride in producing polished, high-quality outputs across web builds, AI systems, and live streaming setups.
Confidentiality:All client data, business information, and proprietary materials are handled with strict confidentiality. NDAs are welcomed and can be signed before the project begins.
