🕒 Hours of Operation & Availability:
• My core working hours are structured to provide massive overlap with UK, EU, and US East Coast timezones.
• I am actively available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (PKT / UTC+5), Monday through Friday.
• I maintain strict focus blocks for deep data modeling and coding, ensuring high productivity.

💬 Communication Style:
• I prioritize clear, asynchronous communication via Guru's messaging system, Slack, or email for daily updates and minor queries.
• For project kick-offs, milestone reviews, and dashboard presentations, I prefer structured video calls (Zoom/Google Meet) where we can share screens and interact with the data models live.

💳 Payment & Contract Terms:
